With over 33 years of leadership in Australian retail, I have built a career on driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering results in both specialty and big-box retail.

As Head of Retail and General Manager of Retail at Mosaic Brands, I have led large-scale operations, overseeing a team of 25 direct reports and managing a brand alongside buyers, planners, and their teams. My expertise spans strategic leadership, team mentoring, operational excellence, and brand management, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.

Prior to this, I spent 21 years at Big W, rising through the ranks across multiple roles before finishing as Regional Manager, where I oversaw 16 big-box stores. My experience there honed my ability to drive large-scale retail performance, implement business-wide initiatives, and lead teams through change.
